NetOn, the industrial self-consumption investment platform, arrives in Spain
547 Energy’s private equity platform for investment in clean energy is now fully operational in Spain, from where it plans to cover the whole of Southern Europe.
NetOn Power and the Spanish multinational engineering company Lonjas Tecnología, S.A. sign a collaboration agreement to jointly develop self-consumption projects for industrial customers.
NetOn will provide the financing of the installations by signing long-term supply agreements (“local PPAs”) with the customers; in turn, Lonjas Tecnología will be in charge of the construction, operation and maintenance of the PV plant dedicated to each industrial consumer.
